Place a sachet in a cup. Bring the water to a boil and pour about 200 ml (100°C) into the cup. Leave the sachet to infuse for 8–10 minutes. To preserve all the benefits of the plants, do not pour the water directly onto the raw material and cover the cup to prevent the volatile substances from dispersing.
