Usage tips
In general, 1 drop is enough to flavor 100 g/100 ml of food/drink (such as sauces, meat, fish, desserts, liqueurs, oils, and vinegars). It can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking) or in a sugar cube, a spoonful of honey, a small cup of yogurt, a cup of hot milk or herbal tea. Limit use to the amount strictly necessary to provide a pleasant aroma. It can also be used externally for relaxing massages by suitably diluting it in an emollient base, or a few drops can be added to aroma diffusers. Close carefully after use.
