Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy applies in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for under European Union law.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After approval of the return request, we will provide you with all instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.

⚠️ Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping
The shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise expressly stated by us. If we provide a return label, this will be communicated when the request is approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and work toward a solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (for example special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (for example beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to provide any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 business days through the original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
