Usage tips

It is recommended to take 1 or 2 drops per day of essential oil, diluted in a food of your choice or in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day (shake well before drinking). External use is possible for relaxing massages by suitably diluting it in an emollient base, or by adding a few drops to aroma diffusers. On average, 2 drops contain 87 mg of maritime pine essential oil. Close carefully after use.
