Usage tips

It is recommended to take 15 ml of product (three teaspoons) in half a glass of water. Alternatively, to help digestion, it may be useful to take 5 ml (one teaspoon) three times a day before the main meals. Any presence of undissolved particles is due to the high concentration of the freeze-dried extracts and does not affect the quality of the product. Shake before use.
