Usage tips

It is recommended to take 1 cup of herbal tea twice a day, after the main meals. To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 200 ml) over the filter, taking care to cover it to prevent the dispersion of the more volatile aromatic compounds. Leave to infuse for a few minutes.

It is not necessary to add sugar, as the special formulation makes the infusion pleasant; if needed, honey is recommended.
