Usage tips

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, when needed, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum amount needed to promote intestinal transit without causing loose stools, and can therefore be adjusted to individual needs. The product is recommended from 12 years of age.
