Usage tips

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, when deemed useful, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to support intestinal transit without causing loose stools, and is therefore customizable according to individual needs. The product is recommended from 12 years of age.

In general, to help intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink throughout the day, take the right amount of fiber, and exercise.
