Moringa Oleifera is a plant native to India, used for centuries for its many beneficial properties. It supports lipid metabolism, digestion, sweating, blood circulation, and body weight control. It also has anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, antidiabetic, cholesterol-lowering effects and is protective for the liver.

It is highly nutritious, rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Its seeds contain polyphenols, flavonoids (such as quercetin and kaempferol), phenolic acids, and glucosinolates/isothiocyanates, compounds known for their antioxidant and anti-aging properties.
