It is recommended to take one tablet in the morning and/or one tablet in the afternoon with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Consult your doctor before use if you have any cardiovascular condition. It must not be consumed if other green tea-containing products are consumed on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. It must not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 18 years of age. It must not be consumed on an empty stomach.
