A very common plant, often considered a weed, growing in forests, hedges and uncultivated areas from the sea to the high alpine zone. Nettle, sometimes seen as a weed, has been known for centuries for its beneficial properties and is widely used in traditional home herbal practice. It is recommended to drink VIROPA Organic Nettle infusion for a period of 4 to 8 weeks, during which one cup several times a day is advised.

Usage tips

Place one filter in a cup. Bring the water to a boil and pour about 200 ml into the cup (at 100°C). Leave the filter to infuse for 5–10 minutes.
