Usage tips

External use. Pour a dose into the palm of your hand to warm the oil, rub your palms together, then apply a gentle, slow massage to the chest, soles of the feet, and back. Reassure your little one by speaking softly to them. Up to 4 doses per day (1 dose corresponds to one pump press)
