Usage tips

Place one filter in a cup. Bring the water to a boil and pour about 200 ml (80°C) into the cup. Let the filter steep for 7-10 minutes. To preserve all the benefits of the plants, do not pour the water directly onto the raw materials and cover the cup to prevent the volatile compounds from dispersing.
