Usage tips

Place a filter in a cup. Bring the water to a boil and pour about 200 ml (100°C) into the cup. Let the filter steep for 8–10 minutes. To preserve all the benefits of the plants, do not pour the water directly onto the raw material and cover the cup to prevent the volatile compounds from dispersing.
