Usage tips

Use one filter for 200 ml of water. Check the individual bag for the brewing temperature and time: the package indicates a range of 3–10 minutes. Cover the cup while brewing. Sweeten to taste with honey or cane sugar.

Safety and Warnings

The After-Meal herbal tea contains licorice: avoid excessive use in case of high blood pressure. Follow the directions for each blend. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Check the ingredients on the packaging before use.
