Usage tips

Leave one filter in 200 ml of boiling water at 100°C for 8–10 minutes, covering the cup. Sweeten to taste. Drink one cup once or twice a day.

Detox and After Meal contain licorice: avoid excessive use in case of high blood pressure. For the mixtures indicated as food supplements, do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
