Usage tips

Place approx. 2.5 g of herbal tea in a cup. Bring the water to a boil and let it stand for a few seconds, then pour about 200 ml into the cup, avoiding pouring it directly onto the ingredients. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes to best preserve the volatile compounds and the benefits of the plants.
