Serene 5-HTP is a food supplement formulated to relieve and counteract the most common symptoms of depression, from mood swings to difficulty relaxing, thanks to its content of plant extracts, minerals and vitamins. High-titration Griffonia provides a considerable amount of 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is absorbed very quickly by the body, ensuring a relaxing and anti-stress effect. Magnesium and vitamins help make up for their respective deficiencies, which are typical of depressive states. The product profile is completed by the presence of Rhodiola, an adaptogenic tonic useful in cases of lack of concentration and energy, and St. John's wort, which promotes a good mood in synergy with Griffonia.
