Artdol Mud is a body cream-mud based on clay and plant extracts, such as arnica and devil’s claw, with soothing and emollient action on areas subjected to mechanical stress. Micronized green clay and white clay have thermo-absorbing properties; their very fine granulation facilitates the release and assimilation of the minerals they contain, producing a true remineralizing effect. Extracts of fucus, ivy, butcher’s broom, and horse chestnut together with escin help improve circulation in the affected areas. The essential oils of mint, lemon, cypress, lavender, clove, Scots pine, thyme, and sage provide an overall relaxing and refreshing effect.

When to use it

With arnica and devil's claw, useful for sprains, bruises, swelling, and tendon inflammation, it helps fatigued muscles recover more quickly.

Usage tips

Apply a layer of product at least 1/2 centimeter thick to the area to be treated, let it dry, then rinse off. Apply at least twice a day, or cover the clay layer with a cotton cloth and leave it on overnight, then rinse off. Continue until the desired result is achieved.
