Usage tips
It is recommended to drink 1 or 2 cups of herbal tea a day, as needed, away from meals.
To prepare the herbal tea, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), add one filter sachet, and let it steep for 5-8 minutes. Cover the cup to prevent the most volatile substances from dispersing. Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of a teaspoon.
Use one sachet per cup. The infusion can be enjoyed plain or sweetened to taste.
