Chewable Vitamin C is a natural Vitamin C supplement obtained from Acerola, a plant native to Central America. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helping the body's natural defenses and, thanks to its antioxidant action, protects cells from oxidative stress. It is also useful for the overall well-being of bones, teeth, muscles, skin and cartilage.

When to use it

It may be useful for children, adults and the elderly, for those who live or work in polluted environments, and for smokers (according to some studies, one cigarette “burns” between 25 and 100 mg of Vitamin C). Smoking, alcohol, coffee, pollution, stress, as well as very intense physical activity all contribute to lowering endogenous Vitamin C levels and limiting its absorption. In all these cases, it may be useful to supplement the amount of Vitamin C normally taken in through the diet.

1-4 tablets a day, away from meals.
