Usage tips

It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day, preferably in the morning, for children under 6 years of age and 2 sachets per day for children over 6 years of age and for adults. The contents of the sachet can be dissolved directly in the mouth or taken diluted in water, fruit juice, or yogurt.
