When to use it

Omega 3 contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.

Usage tips

Take 2 to 4 mini-capsules per day, divided during or after each main meal, with a little water or other liquid. Taking 2 mini-capsules per day provides 400 mg of EPA and 280 mg of DHA, useful for the normal function of the heart, brain and vision.
