Usage tips

Place one filter in a cup. Bring the water to a boil and pour about 200 ml (100°C) into the cup. Let the filter steep for 8-10 minutes. To preserve all the benefits of the plants, do not pour the water directly onto the ingredients and cover the cup to prevent the volatile compounds from escaping.
