Lumison® SonnenMoor is a liquid extract of thirteen herbs including plantain, lungwort, Iceland moss, and wild thyme. The aqueous formula also includes horsetail, licorice, and calendula. In 100 ml vials, to be diluted before consumption according to the product instructions.

Usage tips

Take 25 ml after breakfast and 25 ml in the late afternoon, preferably before 7 p.m., diluted in a little water or fruit juice.
